Series Description

In this slow, detailed, workshop-style class series we will embrace our own deep exhaustion together as we approach the nourishing and quieting practice of shoulderstand and its many variations. I'd like to offer you resilience and rest while teaching you ways to access pathways toward ease and nourishment for the nervous system, endocrine system, ears/nose/throat, and brain stem. Sometimes thought of as inaccessible to many, I'll teach you lots of preps and access points, and over a dozen variations, modifications and approaches using all kinds of props for any mood you may be in. One of the deepest asanas we have available for therapeutic purposes, its invaluable for any home yoga practitioner. Take one class or take all three; different teachings will be offered in each one.
