Wake up slowly with gentle stretches to wake up our shoulders and hips, followed by a gentle flow incorporating twists and deeper leg work.
These are suggested items that the teacher may use to explore movement or that you may choose to use for extra support. If you don't have these items you may still enjoy the class without them or with household alternatives.
