A warming practice focusing on leg work and opening up the hips. A nice mix of deep stretches, strengthening, and balancing postures.
These are suggested items that the teacher may use to explore movement or that you may choose to use for extra support. If you don't have these items you may still enjoy the class without them or with household alternatives.
