Take the rush out of your day, deepen your breath, and slowly unwind your neck, shoulders, low back and hips. Practice Sama Vritti Pranayama (4-part breath) and gently move your spine in all directions to release tension and open up space.

Learn to break down something daunting into doable pieces. This handstand focused class is appropriate for all, despite ability to balance on hands. Lots of conditioning shoulders and hips along with step by step guidance to going upside down.
