This class is a quiet journey into the hips. We move slowly and with minimal verbal instruction (for Linnea at least) into many versions of figure 4 while visiting the feet and ankles along the way.

This class starts slow but builds to a steady flow focusing primarily on the front hips, quads and front shoulders. Great for a rainy day you want to shrug off some sluggish feelings.
