This class really gets into the nooks and crannies of both the outer hips as well as the chest and shoulders. Very wiggly, breathy and flowy, this is an hour when you feel like you have some extra juice in you batteries but want to find balance.

This class is a flowy, warming class that combines a bit of strengthening and a lot of stretching primarily to the hamstrings and the hips. Ended with a long luxurious savasana, so get your socks and eye pillows ready!

Yoga 2 w/ Linnea, 1hr, Stoking Your Internal Fires (11.28.25)
This class uses breath and repetition in movement to heat up the body and unstick stagnant energy. There's a fair amount of emphasis on stretching the inner hips and legs but the shoulders and chest are included too.

Yoga 2 w/ Linnea, 1hr, An Oil Change for Your Spine (10.24.25)
This class gets the spine and ribs moving every which way. We bend forward, backwards, side to side and twist a ton. A great class to shake off the grey weather and invigorate the body.

Drop your consciousness out of your thought center down into you heart and your feet for a slow rhythmic sequence that encourages an opening in the chest and hips with a strong emphasis on pranayama.

Yoga 2 w/ Linnea, 1hr, The Art of Balancing (and Falling Down) (8.29.25)
This is a very active class that is focused on balance therefor the feet have a starring role. The calves and the hips also are in the cast. Get ready to wobble about and playfully flop around.
