This class is a deep dive into hip and shoulder mobility. There are many challenging strength exercises woven into this slow but vigorous flow.

This class really gets into the nooks and crannies of both the outer hips as well as the chest and shoulders. Very wiggly, breathy and flowy, this is an hour when you feel like you have some extra juice in you batteries but want to find balance.
