Wake up slowly with gentle stretches to wake up our shoulders and hips, followed by a gentle flow incorporating twists and deeper leg work.

Back-body focus with some twists for good measure. We smooshed our calves and feets, did active hamstring stretches and moved into triangle, pyramid and revolved triangle.
