Slow down and bring awareness to the in between spaces. This meditative class will shed light on details that often get skipped over, opening a world of sensation and insight.

Yoga 1 w/ Zeyah, 1hr, Halloween Practice: Sensing the Spaces in Between (10.31.25)
In this class we sense into subtleties; feeling into boundaries between known and unknown, self and other. Physically we open the hips and explore twists. This is a low to the ground slow moving class.

Yoga 2 w/ Linnea, 1hr, An Oil Change for Your Spine (10.24.25)
This class gets the spine and ribs moving every which way. We bend forward, backwards, side to side and twist a ton. A great class to shake off the grey weather and invigorate the body.
