Start with a full-body warm-up followed by 2 circuits. Each circuit has 4 moves that focus on moving dynamically. We cycle through each circuit twice then enjoy a relaxing cool down. (5.27.22)

Yoga 2/3 w/ Sahar, 1hr. Lengthen and twist
Focus on unwinding the body through various twists, and standing poses to lengthen and stretch arms and legs out. We'll start off and end on the mat, with active standing poses and warriors as the body of our practice.(5.19.22)

Restore & Release w/ Sahar, 75min. Let it melt away
We'll take things nice and slow in this restorative practice, focusing on slowly opening up our hips as well as our shoulders, allowing our heart and body melt into relaxation. (5.18.22)

This active class with utilize a strap to open up the body, stretching out our limbs and making use of standing warrior and balancing poses to leave us refreshed and stretched out. (5.12.22)

Restore & Release w/ Sahar, 75min. Full body end of day release
This slow and warming practice will focus on opening the hips and shoulders through longer Yin and Restorative poses, utilizing lots of props. We'll focus on the whole body, making our way down to leave you rested after a long day or week. (5.11.22)
