Yoga 2 w/ Linnea, 1 hr. Shoulders, hips, and calves, oh my! Free the crunchy, gunky gremlins lurking in the body.
The first 30 min. is pretty slow and close to the ground while the second 30 min gets things moving a bit more quickly all with focus on bringing movement and fluidity to shoulder blades, hip flexors, calves and feet. (2.16.22)
