This class is a steady flow that centers hip work and pranayama in equal measure with a little dash of side body stretching added in for flavor.

Yoga 2 w/ Zeyah, 75min, Cultivating Awareness Plus Hips and Shoulders (5.10.25)
Use the sensations from tending your shoulders and hips as lighthouses to guide your awareness. This practice moves toward garudasana / eagle pose, has some nice deep twists, core strengthening, and hip stretches.

Relieve tension from your head and neck. Learn the skills of coping with pain: direct your awareness intentionally and breathe through sensation. This class includes self massage of the shoulders and feet plus stretching, breathing and resting.
