This class uses breath and repetition in movement to heat up the body and unstick stagnant energy. There's a fair amount of emphasis on stretching the inner hips and legs but the shoulders and chest are included too.

Pranayama + Meditation w/ Cary, 45min, Breathing is Infinite (11.28.25)
We practice several pranayamas together (Surya Bhedana, Diaphragmatic Breathing, Chandra Bhedana, and Viloma), a brief savasana, followed by a meditation on the breath in the nostrils.
