Yoga 2 w/Linnea, 1hr. The bridge (pose) to the Land of Back-body
A fun flow using bridge pose (Setu Bandha Sarvangasana) as well as other shapes to strengthen the glutes and hamstrings. We then apply that strength and awareness to support standing forward folds that ask length of the back body.
